Decrepit Interior - Main Floor
A downloadable asset pack
This is the "Decrepit Interior - Main Floor" Assets Package.
UPDATE 2/27/2022:
This is an Unreal Engine Package Update - All Static Meshes have been updated as a new download zip package, each static mesh from the updated package is now setup to use tillable texture sets or any texture really. There is NO INCLUDED LIGHTMAPS with these meshes, Just Let Unreal Engine Generate the lightmaps during import setting. The static meshes have been designed and unwrapped to be able to utilize these functions. This will allow absolute customization of these assets during the material editor of Unreal Engine 4/5. This package comes with a whole bunch more Texture Sets as well, all at 2048 resolution and now all reduced size using png files. Thank You for all the Support and Kindness, I hope this 38 static mesh update can show my appreciation. Everything is snappable to 10 cm(example 10cm wall cavity/offset). All New Texture Sets are UE4/5 Only!
Original:
I have Carefully and Methodically engineered this Asset package to be one of My Greatest pieces of Work to date.
I created this pack - For You Great Indie Developers/Content Creators and Friends.
I have spent an Enormous amount of Time and Effort, to try and give you most wonderful people some of the Highest Quality asset In The Indie Industry. For as Little Money as possible. If we work together and help support one another we can.. Do ANYTHING!
This is a Highly Engineered product that is Optimized for the Use in Unreal Engine 4, But this should also be optimized for use in Unity as well or any other 3D engine or IDE.
Extremely High Quality 4096 X pixel Textures..... Unfortunately if you need 2048 you are going to have to scale down your textures.... but that is the good scaling way. It should not comprise the quality. Most engine's do this automatically now. But any paint or imaging program will have the scaling function... example "Photoshop"
High performance inside Engine - "make sure to Use Material Instance".
Window Cut Outs, Door Cut Outs, seamless and snappable.
Static Mesh Wall's are composed of Trim Sheet style Texturing, this helps allow for customization.
More importantly Trim Sheets allow all Same texture sets to be Snappable Origins/Pivot and completely Seamless..... Even On the Stub Wall And Corner Sections.(Highly Engineered Snappable Static Mesh )
Use your own Masks and or alphas to make endless combinations! Or even start combing your own textures. The Trim Sheets allow you to do almost anything with your materials.(The Walls Use Trim Sheets)
20 - highly optimized Static Mesh (FBX)
Triangle count from : 30 - 1892 depending on the Static Mesh
Almost 3 Gigabytes of Highly Customizable 4096 X Pixel Texture Sets.
You will ONLY Need One Texture Set example UE4, Unity or PBR if you download all the packages its over 8 gig...
This might be one of the Only structural interior asset packs you will ever need... But just WAIT ... More to this series to come. This is the Main floor package. I will be continuing to build even More Texture packs for this Assets package in the future. More Customization to COME!
So without Further A due.... Thank you to every one who is checking this product out I appreciate any and all support..... I also have free assets and Way More of those to come as well. Stay in touch or follow to keep informed of all my current releases.
